Heat cured resin generally consists of two parts including powder and liquid agent. The commodity name of powder is dental base acrylic resin powder and the commodity name of liquid agent is dental base acrylic resin liquid. The dental base acrylic powder is composed of methyl methacrylate homopolymer or copolymer, pigment, etc. The dental base acrylic resin liquid is composed of methyl methacrylate (MMA), crosslinking agent (small amount), polymer inhibitor (trace), and ultraviolet absorber (trace).

Nobake furan resin refers to the general term of resin produced with furfuryl alcohol with furan ring and furfural, which will turn to an insoluble and nonmolten solid in the presence of strong acids. The variety include furfalcohol resin, furfural resin, furfone resin, furfone-formaldehyde resin and so on.

It is a brown or brown transparent liquid, which is suitable for the curing of nobake furan resin and phenolic resin. It has fast curing speed, simple modeling technology and good collapsibility of sand molding. And different models can be selected in different seasons and at different temperatures.

It is used to reduce the mold friction. Casting release agent is composed of powder plus suspension agent, functional auxiliary agent and solvent.
