JFZ is an organic ester hardened alkaline phenolic resin, JFC is a CO2 curing self hardening alkaline phenolic resin, the appearance is brown red liquid.
It has the following characteristics:
a: resin does not contain nitrogen, and the curing agent does not contain S.P, so as to avoid the defects such as increasing S, deterioration of structure, hot cracking of casting, nitrogen hole and so on.
B: the hardening system has thermoplastic and two hardening processes at high temperature, which greatly reduces hot cracking and burr of cast steel and nodular iron castings.
C: the process does not produce harmful and irritating gases in the process of mixing sand, moulding and pouring, and obviously improves the working conditions.
D: collapsibility is good, reduce casting time and improve labor efficiency.
This product can be applied to cast steel, ductile iron and non-ferrous metal castings.
